Great front desk, friendly and knowledgeable. Phlebotomist was excellent, didn't even feel the needle . My go to spot for blood test . Parking garage was close, safe and easy to access.

Someone in the front desk checked my mom in and it was more than 15 minutes before her scheduled time and they said if it's more than 15 mins it becomes a "walk in" and made her wait over an hour...

Parking is $4 or $10 valet. No spaces. Must wait for people to leave. Cash or card only. Not a single sign in the lobby indicating where it is (Broken directory). 3rd floor end of hallway....
