History
La Casita started in 1981 and 1983 In the High Desert communities of Victorville and Hesperia. This is the newest location that opened July 2008 on Spring Valley Parkway. Each restaurant is owned and operated by a family member. Freddie Rosales is the youngest son of Carmen and Alfred Rosales. He, his wife Wendy and children Christian, Pilar, Anjelica and Gabriela all work in the restaurant. We pride ourselves on excellent food and customer service.
