I had an amazing experience at Karina's otay last night. Very welcoming and fun atmosphere. Service was excellent very attentive and I loved the ceviche Karina's. Will definitely be coming again.

Upon entering, the restaurant is bright, open & pretty. The women's bathroom was DIRTY. Every stall, behind doors, was gross. Dried pee on the seats, small pieces of feces smeared TP on the toilet...
