I am trained in many different modalities especially deep tissue, prenatal massage, reflexology, Swedish and Esalen style. I have been practicing massage for over ten years and have a great knowledge of body mechanics and passion for nurturing my clients. In addition, I am a certified Pilates instructor and can offer those skills to my clients as well.
