Well I have to disagree with the other negative review. The owner of this company was fabulous. K2 Contracting worked great with our architect. They even went on and built some other homes...

Just wanted to reiterate how awful this guy is. Probably the worst GC in San Diego and maybe all of California. Nothing good to say. You'd be better off doing it yourself.
