The cool waters and beauty of Pinecrest Lake and the scenic Tuolumne and Stanislaus Rivers are nearby. Enjoy a stagecoach ride or gold panning in Columbia or ride the steam train in Jamestown. Go shopping in Twain Harte and enjoy a concert or movie in the Park. Many restaurants, from casual to fancy, are close by. IN THE WINTER, hit the slopes at Dodge Ridge or take the family to the Leland High Sierra Snow Park just 30 minutes away. Cross country skiing and ice skating are close by. Bear Valley and Badger Pass offer additional skiing experiences.
