Tried to give them another chance. Went in and got a haircut. Both sides didn't even even look the same. One side was cut high and the other side was cut low. You talk about getting laughed at.

Says walk ins are welcome but none of the staff members bother to check in or acknowledge you. Multiple staff members walk past or sit in their chair idly while I sat there for an hour or more.
