Great customer service, the staff is very helpful. The capacitor on my AC went out, but the microfarads for the unit were scratched out so I didn't know what size capacitor to replace it with....

This Johnstone is awesome, the workers are helpful. they are the first supply house I think of when I need parts. If they don't have what you need, they are more than willing to get it for you.

Worst Johnstone I've been to. The guy at the counter didn't want to be there and would not help me. I begged him to help me and still he didn't care. I took my business elsewhere. I won't be back.
