the person at the counter was just unfriendly and arrogant. I would never go back here. the only reason i went there bcos my contractor send me. They gave me wrong part and then refuse to accept...

Sadly they do not allow retail customers any longer. If you do not have a contractors license (whether it be yours or your contractor) then you might as well turn around and go to HD or Lowes...
