came here early morning when it just opened and was greeted with such kindness by jamia. we told her we were going to yosemite so she gave us extra napkins and sauces which we really appreciate....

Fries are cold again. Went through the line around 8pm on Saturday 8/22. Fries may be one of the easiest items to keep high quality control standards.

Got to be the slowest Jack in the box ordered. I ordered and it was only me in the drive thru. And had to wait almost 30min and made me park in spot 1 just for a simple combo.

Check the order before you chit chat... I'm not a mean person, but, I can see crew holding my order, and chatting while I'm waiting for my order in the drive thru... and she forgot a napkin!!!!...
