Everything I go here I get what I order. My food is always hot . Everything is in the bag always. I live near the one on Oak st . I passed that one up just to go to the one on Chester ave .

Horrible customer service. Any issue with your food order is dismissed and they always pretend the manager or owner won't be there until next week.

Me and my husband enjoy a little Jack in the box now and again and I just wanna say we like to come to the one on Chester and 23rd in the evening times because we know Tawana is gonna be working....

Now I like now I like Jack in the box and it's been a while since I actually going inside of a restaurant well I went downtown Chester it's around 8:45 in the morning they weren't busy at all...
