Utterly awful. I have never waited so long for fast food in 30 years. Our online order took the better part of 30 minutes! Srsly what the heck.

Literally says closes at 2am but no one is answering at the drive through, open signs are on and everything but no answer. Maybe change your hours if you're understaffed.

The Smashed Burger was So Delicious, Mouthwatering the first time. So I went to 2 other J&B, and it was not good. Very Disappointing. What Happened???

I thought the Jack in the box on El Cajon blvd was bad but this one is the worst. The Jack in the box on Otay Lakes Rd was able to accommodate a switch on my mega munchies box to birria tiny tacos...
