International House at UC Berkeley is an independent, nonprofit organization that offers various educational, cultural, social and recreational programs for students, local communities and alumni worldwide. The organization conducts fitness and dance classes. International House at UC Berkeley offers the International Friendship Program, where members can extend the hand of friendship to an international student far from home by offering holiday meals and visiting local attractions. It features an auditorium that can accommodate up to 450 people for cultural performances, banquets, lectures and symposia. In addition, the organization s auditorium is equipped with sound systems, stage lighting and movie screens. International House at UC Berkeley also has meeting rooms for small lectures, classroom discussions and workshops. It is located in Berkeley, Calif.
