History

Contracting for over 37 years has afforded me the opportunity to segue into home inspections. Since 1980 I have honed my career as a licensed general contractor mastering the building trade in remodeling, water and fire damage restorations, waterproofing and custom home building. With home inspections as a natural transition from my contracting career, in 1997 I moved to Big Bear Lake and added home inspections to my repertoire. For the past 20 years, I have had the opportunity to inspect the quality and integrity of properties for my clients, informing them of the building codes and conditions of the property they are about to purchase. As a property manager, I also have experience in inspecting homes with vacation rentals in mind and the codes associated with such rentals, so my clients enter these purchases with their eyes wide open.
