I had to take off 3 stars for the price of breakfast. I got a pancake combo & coffee. I posted a pict of my receipt and with tip - it was $28 for one person. IHOP when did you raise your prices...

The service here is amazing our server Lily was so attentive to keeping the unlimited pancakes coming. All around the restaurant is very clean and the food tastes amazing!
