Humboldt Creamery

Established in 1929, Humboldt Creamery is a member-owned cooperative association that offers a range of dairy products, including fluid and powdered milk, ice cream and other frozen desserts to local, national and international markets. It provides various private label brands and is one of the largest ice cream producers in western United States. Humboldt Creamery s milk powders are used for infant formulas and cheese and candy manufacturing. Its organic dairies have earned the Free Farmed certification from the American Humane Association (AHA). In addition, Humboldt Creamery offers a variety of food service products, such as cheese, salad dressings, sour cream, butter and margarine.
