I'm sorry but this place is not good at all, the customer service is great but I couldn't even finish the bagel it was so bad. The avocado had a weird fake taste to it and the bagels seemed old...

What happened to this place?? Bagels, subpar. $14 for a bacon, egg, cheese - microwaved? I used to be a fan, but it's not worth it. Market-bought is equally, if not, better than the bagels here....
