Jonathan with HomeGuard Home Warranty was great to deal with. He quickly contacted a vendor for our plumbing issue and it was resolved the next day. He was very courteous and responsive.

The report I received was sloppy, poorly communicated, and missed several issues found after the home purchase. I do not recommend purchasing a home based on their sloppy home inspections.
