Very poor communication skills when responding to direct questions about their equipment rentals or their pro customer perks. Their handling customers is slow n trying 3 speak to a mgr is slower....

For the most part, staff that is available has been really helpful compared to a few to 5 years ago. Rental folks are great.

I accidentally left my gauge on the propane tank, when I turned it in. The manager ended up giving me one. That's customer service!!! The cashier, up front, was awesome as well. She was very helpful.
