History

I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients and continue to learn about the struggles and strengths we all share. My academic background is in cognitive behavioral therapy with professional training in DBT, trauma, attachment, mindfulness and substance abuse. Life experience has also proven to be a valuable asset when working with clients. I've learned that change is possible in my own healing process and provide hope for those who feel like they've lost theirs.
