Heritage Gardens Health Care Center is a more than 100-bed skilled nursing facility and rehabilitation center located in Loma Linda, Calif. The center provides comprehensive nursing and rehabilitation care to serve the short-term rehabilitation and long-term care needs of residents. Its in-house rehabilitation services include physical and occupational therapies, speech and language pathology and restorative nursing. The center also provides intravenous therapy that includes total parenteral nutrition, central and subclavian and peripherally inserted central catheter lines, hydration therapy and pain management. It also offers 24-hour nursing assistance and wander guards.
