Keith started out in the carpet cleaning business while attending college at Dominican College in San Rafael. He learned the trade from his grandfather who owned his own cleaning business. As time went on, Keith went to work for one of the highest ranked cleaning companies in the Bay Area as a technician. After several years of working for this company, in 2002, he was offered the chance to purchase and own the carpet cleaning side of this business.
