Believe the negative reviews and stay away. I'm not sure they even washed my clothes. I asked for only unscented products. My clothes smell like fabric softener. I asked for no fabric softener....

Lost my clothes on a couple occasions. Delivered our clothes to another house and it took a day to find it. delivery times unreliable. driver has "called out sick" therefore we didn't get laundry....
