Small list of things that I have taken care of: pro at furniture assembly (IKEA, WAYFAIR, AMAZON, etc), fix sticky doors, install new door knobs and locks, replace lighting fixtures, small tile fixes, bathroom and kitchen caulking, hanging pictures, repair holes in drywall, indoor painting jobs, change lightbulbs, install curtain rods, minor plumbing and electrical issues (I am not licensed, but can handle minor issues.)
