Joyce opened Hair 2 Envy in July of 2009 and is located within Sola Salons. Sola Salons is a big Salon/Office Space with over 20 individual hair studios, all individually owned and operated by independent Hair Stylists & Estheticians. It's a great new concept in Folsom, the first of it kind! Joyce assures you a great experience at Hair 2 Envy each time you visit.
