Our Sebastopol taproom is a great space to enjoy 12 ciders on tap, including those available in stores and many exclusive to the taproom. Our mission is to grow apples through cider. We're driven by quality in all aspects of the cider making process and are fascinated by the range of flavors and profiles that the apple can produce. It only seemed fitting after all this time to open a taproom that would act as a cider education hub and local hangout.
