Did my garden area in 2015, and because he did a good Job, I recently had him install a sprinkler system and spruce things up with mulch and more flowers. This time I'm very disappointed....

Strange. He came to give an estimate. Gave a great quote. I called several more times and got someone else that answered the phone, who told me he would call back, but he never contacted me again....
