I liked Dr. Chang very much, but his phone has been out of service for years, and his office is empty. I think he no longer is in practice, but i wonder who is paying the phone bill!

DO NOT VISIT THIS OFFICE! The front office staff is unprofessional and lack the education to provide adequate insurance information.
