Great local festival. 2016 version was at Plaza de Cesar Chavez. Sound was great, kids had fun in the fountains, plus a bunch of craft brews. Kids are free and tickets cheap for a full-day event.

This festival just celibrated it's 31st year & is the first year it's been held @ the St. James park (was held @ the SJSU in past yrs.). This was my first time attending & was not dissapointed!! 4...
