I had an appointment to have my carpet cleaned at 10am. 10:30 rolls around I called them. No answer goes straight to voicemail so I leave a voicemail then I text them. I tried to call again at 11...

Not dependable, had a 3rd appointment to fix a sofa that yellowed when they cleaned it. Never called and cancelled and will not respond to text messages. Do not hire them.
