Update: I found out today what happens when garage goes down just as I'm about to fetch my car: I took an uber to get to my appointment on time, $12, and now waiting for a bus back to Felix. Again...

Been here a few months and can already feel the difference in vibes and livability compared to fountain grove apartments I've lived at. Garage parking is perfectly fine if you're competent enough...
