Very clean. Initially a good experience, but after only 4 months they raised the rate from $200 to $300 claiming market rate adjustments. I wasn't aware of a 50% inflation rate since August?

Only been with them since March of this year and it's already going down hill I was paying $107 with no promo or deal and the rate went up $96 didn't get no notification regarding my rent going...
