Came here in a pinch and found exactly what I needed. They had a lockable doorknob for $8. Not the best quality, but worked perfectly. The owner was helpful and I was in and out in about 4 mins.

When I'm in LA it's the only place to get repair parts for are rentals. Best prices on used water heaters.
