Tried their kickboxing class, and it was a full workout! Instructor was very helpful and kept the energy up from beginning to end. Also seemed like this center has a lot of other classes and events

the coaches are very cool and respectful. Best place for your kids to learn martial arts. i recommend putting your kids in this gym they have fun events on Fridays they also have some holiday...
