People come in my door, typically at the end of their resources, or the end of their rope, and ready for change. I see clients weekly acquire hope, new strategy for life, and encouragement. My skills and passion are particularly in restoring (or building) strong, durable intimate connections in couples, especially when all connections feel lost and ruined. I am committed to providing you with intentional, professional, and expert care as I partner with you to enable greater healing, health, and relationship.

Lightfully Carlsbad offers holistic, evidence-based care for teens facing a range of mental health disorders and related challenges. Our Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs (PHP/IOP) are grounded in Lightfully's Precision Care Model, a clinical approach designed to address the underlying factors contributing to mental health conditions and symptoms, such as depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, bipolar disorder, personality disorders and suicidality. PHP/IOP are well-suited to support teens who are ready to hone their recovery skills in a less-structured treatment environment, including those transitioning from residential care or in need of relapse prevention and early intervention.
