Hard to get ahold of anyone. Voicemail not set up. If you do get ahold of someone they transfer you to a department then that one doesn't have voicemail. Some great nurses there who do care.

If i could give them less i would. My father was there for four days, in that time no shower. No access to a phone. Dirty room in bad repair. A staff that was rude and not willing to assist basic...

I'm thankful I am the advocate for my grandpa as I am terrified for how they treat patients who don't have family or assistance.
