History

Eli's Peruvian Kitchen started as Eli's Signature Peruvian Catering, this name can still be found at the restaurant's location. As demands grew for private and corporate events, lovers of Peruvian food also wanted a dining location where they could enjoy authentic Peruvian dishes. This is why on 2017 Eli decided to open a location in San Diego that feels like home and welcome lovers of Peruvian cuisine, as well as those who are interested in trying it for the first time.

We specialize in traditional and authentic Peruvian food that can make you feel as though you're at home enjoying a warm and delicious meal filled with love! Our recipes have been passed down for generations and remain unchanged. Our food and chicha morada are always freshly made using true Peruvian products, this is what makes our food authentic. Finally got to experience eli's and i am so glad that i did. I'm a huge fan of Qero in Encinitas but it's just too far to drive up there from la mesa often and they do not have pollo a la brasa....
