Lived here for just under 2 years. The good: Nice apartments with garages and laundry. Maintenance problems were resolved quickly. The Bad Rent increases every 6 months...probably normal...

UPDATE***** 3/15/17: we received less than HALF our deposit back... when we spent hours and hours cleaning that apartment and putting it into better condition that what we originally got it in....
