Excellent place to get defrauded out of money. Moving out? They require the whole month up front, "just to make sure they can pay for any repairs." But don't you worry - they'll send you a check...

lack of knowledge , LOW pay I understand it is modesto but dam $14 an hour to pretty much do everything and more ?! um no
