George, the manager, ensues that you will always have a great meal. Food is always nicely cooked and prepared. It is my favorite EPL in the desert.

i like el pollo loco and went yesterday and got our food and sat at our table. we went back to the counter and asked for forks to eat the salad and chicken meals and they did not have any forks....

Small portion smallest Chipotle burrito i ever had it was also cold. I asked for light Guacamole and they served it regular. I miss the Chipotle burrito when it had rice in it. These cabbage...

This new location brings customer service to an all time low. I get that minimum wage in CA necessitated the installation of kiosks for ordering, but it seems that was license for the $20 per hour...

DO BETTER! Second time in less than a month. The food is beyond DRIED out and not even edible! Shame on you!
