The Eden Valley Care Center is a 59-bed, nonprofit skilled nursing facility that features a courtyard, soda shop, gym, beauty salon, fountain and 100-gallon fish aquarium. It offers physical, speech and occupational therapies through an in-house, licensed therapy team. The Eden Valley Care Center also provides 24-hour hospice care, pain management, emotional support and end-of-life services. Additionally, it offers around-the-clock nursing care services through licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants. The facility is owned and operated by the Soledad Community Health Care District, which was established in 1948 and serves the health care needs of more than 20,000 men, women, children and senior citizens in South County, Calif. The Eden Valley Care Center is located in Soledad, Calif.
