Communication. Don't tell a customer to pay a certain way then tell them no, you didn't say that. I have the email chain to prove what was told to me. Now I'm waiting on a refund of nearly $1000.

Very poor communication. Big lag in response time. Not easy to work with. Not clear on the rules and regulations. Poor customer service.
