The HP Pavilion at San Jose, Calif., is home to the National Hockey League s San Jose Sharks, the Stealth professional lacrosse team and the Arena Football League s San Jose SabreCats. A monthly boxing series, Fight Night at the Tank, is also held at the 17,000-seat arena. Opened in 1993, the HP Pavilion hosts an additional 120 to 180 events every year, including athletic tournaments, concerts, exhibitions and competitions. Food service at the arena includes typical concessions offerings, such as hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza, nachos, pretzels, popcorn and ice cream; as well as specialty foods, such as salads, sushi, barbecue, Mexican and carved sandwiches. Beverages include coffee, tea, soft drinks, water, beer and full liquor service. The Grill at HP Pavilion is open for all Sharks and SaberCats games in addition to many large concerts.
