They have judgmental technicians and a management that can't accommodate change requests due to having only 1 service technician in any 1 area.

we just had our home fumigated .. returned back home and our sliding door was wide open ( robbed ) .. not sure who to blame not happy

Bad experience with them. Please read the " Fine Print" when signing with them. Long story short I canceled my contract after my first treatment due to unfulfilled treatments for my lawn needs...

Before they provide the service you called them for, they want you to do all sorts of work to your home before they come in to spray some repellent on your property. In my option it shouldn't...
