History

Deep Yoga, founded by Bhava Ram and Laura Plumb, is dedicated to the mind/body/spirt sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda. We lead classes, trainings, workshops, retreats an seminars at our home base of Ginseng Yoga Studio in San Diego, plus teach nationally and internationally. We also see a host of private clients for wellness sessions.

Home-based at Ginseng Yoga Studio in South Park, Deep Yoga offers yoga classes, Mastery of Life programs and Yoga Teacher Trainings, 200/500 hour, Yoga Alliance registered. We also offer Ayurveda and Vedic Therapy trainings plus wellness consultations for private clients. Deep Yoga is committed to offering the complete body/mind/spirit science of Yoga and Vedic Wisdom for healing, self-empowerment, and manifesting your fullest potential.
