We help clients who have chronic pain in the back, neck, shoulders, hips, knees, and other areas of the body. We also treat TMJ issues, as well as plantar fasciitis and migraines. We specialize in John Barnes Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy, which are whole-body therapies that treat the cause of your pain- not the symptoms. Myofascial release treats the collagen fascia and the ground substance by applying light stretches and compressions which are held for 5 to 8 minutes to permanentely relieve your pain. Our goal for each client is to get you out of pain and back to full range of motion so you can enjoy your life again. APPOINTMENTS ONLY.
