Agreed to clean couches, arrived on time then left with the job half done. At least she didn't ask for money but either way she is not reliable and left a couch half cleaned. Avoid this business.

I had three large pet stains in my carpet. She got them out and did a great job. Definitely recommend her and she's not as costly as some.
