This is one of those super-cool pop-up restaurant concepts. The reservations are invite only and the menu is "omakase". The chef basically goes shopping for the day at the local farmers market...

My buddy recommended this place and I was shocked by the personal service we received. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and the surprises continued from there. We can't wait to go back!
