Horribly unreliable service. Constantly lag spikes consistently, for what you pay you can go literally anywhere else and get better internet. Horrible value. I should be getting paid to have them...

Customer service is abysmal. Rude customer service people. They obviously do not want our business. Money grubbing greedy maximizers. Internet service Is spotty at best.

They see the worst, no communications, will lie to your face. Charged me $200 for equipments said I didn't return it. Wish there are better options.
