Lived there quite a few years ago. They had mold in their apartment and it made me extremely ill, and I ended up in the hospital. Luckily, I recovered with no serious lingering health problems...

I reads of charging $25 for a valet trash service charge pet owners that amount, otherwise the tenants that don't have pets end up cleaning after them !!!
